These shipping terms cover physical merchandise purchased from our United States store. We begin handling an order only after payment authorization succeeds.
Processing and transit
Order preparation generally takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded from both business-day windows, and an estimate is not a promise of arrival on a particular date.
Charges, tracking, and delivery details
Checkout shows the available service, any shipping charge, and whether the order qualifies for free shipping. Customers must enter an accurate delivery address, email, and phone number. When a carrier supplies tracking, we send the update using the order contact details.
Delays and package problems
Carrier limits, remote destinations, legal restrictions, severe weather, or peak volumes can affect availability and timing. For a delayed or lost shipment, a package marked delivered but not received, or transit damage, email edingercrozat804@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, delivery address, and relevant photos of the product and packaging.
