What products are available?

Our catalog includes dog waste bags and dispensers, grooming and eye or ear wipes, coat-care shampoos, deodorizing products, and pee pads.

Is shipping free?

Only checkout confirms whether a cart qualifies for free shipping and shows any applicable charge.

How long does delivery take?

Following successful payment authorization, normal processing takes 1–2 business days. Estimated transit after dispatch is another 4–6 business days; neither period guarantees an arrival date.

Can I return an item because I changed my mind or chose the wrong option?

Yes. We accept eligible non-defective returns and exchanges requested within 30 days after delivery, as well as defective returns. Non-defective goods must be new, unused, in original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, tags, and accessories.

How is a return sent?

Contact us and obtain approval before mailing the item. The package includes a free prepaid return label. No restocking fee applies, and exchanges are subject to stock.

What should I do if the order is damaged, faulty, wrong, or incomplete?

Provide the order number, checkout email, an explanation, and photos or video of the product and packaging. We also review material differences from the product description.

When is a refund processed?

Once approved, a refund is initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. Financial institutions can require additional posting time.
